Strategy

VCTF forms joint-ventures with other institutional partners such as Banks, Insurance companies, and Development Finance Institutions to establish Venture Capital Finance Companies (VCFC).

Sectors of Interest

Fund Manager invests in companies with Total asset base (excluding land and building) not exceeding the Cedi equivalent of US$1.0 million and whose total number of employees does not exceed 100 persons.

Investment options

Fund Managers invests in SMEs through Equity (share purchase), Debt or a combination of the equity and debt instruments with additional working capital support for the smooth running of business operations.

Requirements

Submit a Comprehensive Business Plan with three (3) year projections, an audited Financial Reports for past three years where applicable, Tax Clearance Certificate (A must), and Incorporation Papers (if applicable).
